BTCP Training Program

The A. Philip Randolph institute (APRI) works to build a world where minorities, the poor and working people make family sustaining wages and are fully included in our nation’s democracy.  As part of that effort the Pittsburgh Chapter of APRI offers education, mentoring, skills building and career training through the Breaking The Chains of Poverty (BTCP) program.
