Wednesday, January 23 at 6 pm at the Oakland Career Center at 294 Semple St, Walnut Capital will be presenting plans for a new office building at Fifth and Halket (flyer attached). This is a large project and our community process with this project will help set the precedent for future development. Please encourage your neighbors to attend.
