The 2014 City of Pittsburgh/School District/Carnegie Library Property tax bills will be mailed out by February 14, 2014. The due dates for payment have also been extended. To receive the 2% discount you must pay at least the first installment by March 14, 2014. All payments are due by March 31, 2014.
