Call for 3 Board Members
The Pittsburgh Land Bank Board of Directors is seeking nominations for the final 3 spots on the Land Bank Board.  3 members have already been appointed and seated by the Mayor, and 3 members have been appointed and seated by City Council.  The remaining 3 members are to be appointed by this board. Additional information about the roles and responsibilities of the Pittsburgh Land Bank can be found here.
 In order to assure a diverse and representative board, the ordinance creating the Pittsburgh Land Bank requires a Citywide distribution of these three board members. All board members must be residents of the City of Pittsburgh.  Additionally,
  • One member must be a resident of Pittsburgh City Council Districts 2, 6, and 9
  • One member must be a resident of Pittsburgh City Council Districts 1,3, and 5
  • One member must be a resident of Pittsburgh City Council Districts 4, 7, and 8
Interested residents are encouraged to provide recommendations to the nomination committee no later than Monday, July 20 at Noon. Nominations may be for yourself or for another resident. Recommendations shall include:
  • Name and contact information
  • Resume (or Letter of Support if nominating another individual)
  • Council District where nominee resides (Searchable Map here)
  • Identification of any relevant experience,

City of Pittsburgh Zone 4 Police want you to pull up a chair, grab some
coffee and a bagel, and get to know your local police officers. Tell us about
your neighborhoods, ask us questions, share your concerns, or stop by
just to chat! The coffee is free and the conversation is informal. We look
forward to grabbing a coffee with you!
